Surrender of certificate.—Every workman who ceases to carry on employment in an industry shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Labour Court in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every wage register held by him has been disposed of.
