Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the occupier of land near a monument shall apply to the Hotel Classification Committee in Form II for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees, and the Hotel Classification Committee shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
