Application for registration.—Every occupier of land near a monument carrying on the occupation of land near a monument shall make an application for registration to the Hotel Classification Committee in Form I, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every antiquity held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
