Surrender of certificate.—Every court auctioneer who ceases to carry on the conduct of court auctions shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Himachal Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every register of suits held by him has been disposed of.
