Surrender of certificate.—Every shelter home who ceases to carry on the running of a shelter home shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every register of children held by him has been disposed of.
