Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the shelter home shall apply to the Committee in Form V for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Committee shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
