Intimation of change.—Every user of a weighing instrument shall intimate to the Bureau of Indian Standards, in Form C and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Bureau of Indian Standards shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
