Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the organiser of a mass gathering shall apply to the Director of Fire Services in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Director of Fire Services shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within three days of the application.
