Surrender of certificate.—Every landlord letting premises to foreigners who ceases to carry on the letting of premises to foreigners shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the passport authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every permit held by him has been disposed of.
