Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Railway Rates Tribunal in the custody of the Divisional Commercial Manager, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Railway Rates Tribunal; and where the Divisional Commercial Manager having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form E within forty-five days of the succession.
