Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the freight forwarder by rail shall apply to the Railway Rates Tribunal in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Railway Rates Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
