Application for registration.—Every freight forwarder by rail carrying on the forwarding of freight by rail shall make an application for registration to the Railway Rates Tribunal in Form G, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every fare held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ten days from that date.
