Surrender of certificate.—Every freight forwarder by rail who ceases to carry on the forwarding of freight by rail shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Railway Rates Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every parcel held by him has been disposed of.
