Surrender of certificate.—Every association of allottees who ceases to carry on the management of common areas shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Housing Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every escrow account held by him has been disposed of.
