Intimation of change.—Every operator of a stone crusher shall intimate to the Chief Inspector of Mines, in Form G and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Chief Inspector of Mines shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
