Surrender of certificate.—Every sports body who ceases to carry on the organisation of sport shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Disciplinary Panel in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every recognition held by him has been disposed of.
