Surrender of certificate.—Every patentee who ceases to carry on the working of a patent shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Appellate Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 27 of the manner in which every register of patents held by him has been disposed of.
