Intimation of change.—Every patentee shall intimate to the Appellate Board, in Form 27 and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Appellate Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of eight thousand rupees.
