Fees.—The fee of ten thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of five thousand rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Comptroller and Auditor-General by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form GFR 12-C; and the Comptroller and Auditor-General shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within seven days of its receipt.
