Surrender of certificate.—Every auditee who ceases to carry on the submission of accounts for audit shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Comptroller and Auditor-General in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form GFR 41 of the manner in which every voucher held by him has been disposed of.
