Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a helicopter shall apply to the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority in Form CA-5 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees, and the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
