Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a helicopter who ceases to carry on the operation of helicopters shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form CA-5 of the manner in which every cargo manifest held by him has been disposed of.
