Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority in the custody of the Aviation Security Officer, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority; and where the Aviation Security Officer having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form CA-8 within forty-five days of the succession.
