Correction of entries.—The Airports Economic Regulatory Authority may, on an application made in Form CA-7 by any operator of a helicopter or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than ninety days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
