Intimation of change.—Every coaching centre shall intimate to the District Education Officer, in Form B and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Education Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
