Intimation of change.—Every subscriber shall intimate to the Recovery Officer, in Form 19 and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Recovery Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
