Rule 21, Andhra Pradesh Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Inspection) Rules, 2006 [S47-Q3N]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the meter manufacturer shall apply to the State Commission in Form VIII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the State Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
