Intimation of change.—Every owner of a cattle pound shall intimate to the Zila Parishad, in Form 8 and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Zila Parishad shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
