Intimation of change.—Every service provider shall intimate to the Juvenile Justice Board, in Form VI and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Juvenile Justice Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten rupees.
