Application for registration.—Every aggregator carrying on the enrolment of subscribers in a group shall make an application for registration to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner in Form 13, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every permanent retirement account held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
