Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner in the custody of the Pension Disbursing Officer, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner; and where the Pension Disbursing Officer having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form 11 within fifteen days of the succession.
