Intimation of change.—Every aggregator shall intimate to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, in Form 11 and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
