Intimation of change.—Every person engaged in the supply of energy shall intimate to the Appropriate Commission, in Form V and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Appropriate Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
