Surrender of certificate.—Every person engaged in the supply of energy who ceases to carry on the storage of petroleum shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Appropriate Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every energy bill held by him has been disposed of.
