Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the courier service provider shall apply to the Registrar of Warehouses in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Registrar of Warehouses shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
