Method of recruitment, age limit and other qualifications.—The method of recruitment to the post of Additional Child Welfare Officer in the Law Department, Government of Haryana shall be fifty per cent. by direct recruitment and fifty per cent. by promotion; the age limit for direct recruits shall be thirty-two years, relaxable for Government servants up to five years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Government from time to time; and the essential qualification shall be a Bachelor's degree from a recognised University and a certificate course in computer applications.
