Periodical return.—Every hereditary trustee carrying on the hereditary management of a temple shall furnish to the Commissioner of Endowments, within fifteen days of the close of each year, a return in Form F of every register of trusts received, held and disposed of during that year, and shall preserve a copy of the return for forty-five days from the date on which it is furnished.
