Clause 2, Odisha Hindu Religious Endowments (Account Control) Order, 2006 [S47-74H]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Odisha Hindu Religious Endowments Act, 1952 (Odisha Act 2 of 1952); (b) "hereditary trustee" means a person carrying on the hereditary management of a temple; (c) "budget" means a budget received, held or disposed of by a hereditary trustee in the course of the hereditary management of a temple; (d) "Form D" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
