Surrender of certificate.—Every trading licensee who ceases to carry on the trading of electricity shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Grievance Redressal Forum in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form II of the manner in which every licence held by him has been disposed of.
