Rule 21, Punjab Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Registration) Rules, 2006 [S47-3RW]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the trading licensee shall apply to the Grievance Redressal Forum in Form VIII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Grievance Redressal Forum shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
