Intimation of change.—Every bar licensee shall intimate to the Government of Kerala, in Form A and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Kerala shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
