Intimation of change.—Every distiller shall intimate to the Government of Gujarat, in Form C and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Gujarat shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
