Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix.—The number of posts of Senior Preventive Officer in the Commercial Taxes Department, Government of Bihar shall be 25, subject to variation dependent on workload; and the said post shall be classified as a Group 'C' post in the Service, Non-Gazetted and Ministerial, carrying Level 4 in the pay matrix.
