Intimation of change.—Every exporter of ore shall intimate to the Mining Tribunal, in Form C and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Mining Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
