Application for registration.—Every issuer carrying on the issue of securities shall make an application for registration to the Recognised Stock Exchange in Form D, within fifteen days of the commencement of these regulations, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every contract note held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
