Safe custody.—Every issuer shall keep every contract note to which these regulations apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the issue of securities is carried on, shall record in Form B the description of every contract note so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Recognised Stock Exchange within ninety days of the close of each year.
