Surrender of certificate.—Every issuer who ceases to carry on the issue of securities shall, within ten days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Recognised Stock Exchange in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every rating held by him has been disposed of.
