Intimation of change.—Every holder of a standard mark licence shall intimate to the Consumer Protection Council, in Form C and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Consumer Protection Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
