Report to the Government.—The Consumer Protection Council shall prepare, within ninety days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these rules during that year, of the number of holders of a standard mark licence whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Government of Kerala and publish it within sixty days of its preparation.
