Surrender of certificate.—Every holder of a standard mark licence who ceases to carry on the use of the standard mark shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Consumer Protection Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every label held by him has been disposed of.
